Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
The product you received is not as described on our website.
You cancel your order before it is shipped.
Please note: We do not accept refunds for change of mind once the product has been delivered.
Refund Request Timeframe
You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a photo or video of the product showing the issue.
Return & Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or faulty item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bKash/Nagad account.
